Turn Trials Into Triumphs

Even if you have not heard the quote to the right, I am sure you have been told a similar saying.

Why?

It is an important truth.

And it is a very, very challenging pill to swallow.

When faced with trials and the truth about our weaknesses, we may momentarily give up.

For example, I know there have been times after a presentation I compared myself to speakers I admired and was discouraged.

Sometimes, we see the pedestals of people we admire but are blind to the steps that took them there. We may feel disappointed or even frustrated at our own progress.
