Yes, 2023 is almost over. The year began a little rocky for me as I tried to balance major client’s needs with those of my company. Some things got done. Others did not. Looking back, I remind myself of the importance of celebrating achievements.
Before you race to begin 2024, take the time to reflect on what you have achieved. Who are you now compared to the person you were at the beginning of 2023? Who do you aspire to be in 2024?
