Today, I wanted to speak about goals. After all, goals are essential to every leader and business professional who wants to continue to grow.
I love the feeling of pursuing, and eventually accomplishing a goal.
Sometimes, though I have found myself chasing the wrong goal. One that takes me further from my dreams.
We may reach out for an opportunity and realize the time or resources will take us away from other important goals.
